Refurbished Entry Table

Tiling an Entryway 2

This weekend I got busy on installing the concrete board for my new tile floor. I was able to get all of the board cut to fit with the saw that I ended up having to rent from a rental company. I had an understanding that applying a layer of thin set mortar between the underlayment

Tiling an entryway!

Remodeling my entryway, is the the most important project. I had to tear up the carpet in my entry way, because a kitty of mine, has used it as a litter box, and there wasn’t any combination of ingredients that would help get rid of the smell.

Remodeling My Foyer

I decided to pull up my carpet this past week with the idea of installing some tiles. I have done some tiling work before, but I have never used a wet saw before. My husband and I have taken on quite a few project around the house, and have done a pretty good job.

Inspiration Room Update

So far, my studio has been bleached clean from any left over cat litter dust left behind. I also added a layer of Zinsser primer. I bought a specific formula that doesn’t require any sanding. The floor may contain asbestos so I didn’t want to bring out any dust just in case.

Blank Slate

First step to the inspiration room has been complete. I cleaned it out and swept it once. I had used this room as a kitty bathroom, ie litter boxes, during the winter. With that, comes a lot of dust, and alot of cleaning. I plan to bleach the floor doubly good. This is the steps that I will go through in completing the floor design

I need an inspiration room

I intend to begin a project of remodeling a room that isn’t used in my upper story of my house. Actually, it is used for storage, but there is a good amount of square footage that I can use for a personal studio. I need a space where I can get busy, and will bring me inspiration.
